Modern Warfare 4 launches worldwide on October 23, 2026, according to Activision's official editions page. Multiplayer is part of the full game and was never included in early access.
Does early access include multiplayer?+
The advertised early access dates cover Campaign from October 16 and DMZ from October 20 for eligible digital preorders. Multiplayer arrives with the full game on October 23.
How many Core multiplayer maps are planned at launch?+
Activision lists 12 new Core 6v6 maps at launch. Gunfight and Ground War spaces are separate from that count.
How many weapons and Killstreaks are confirmed?+
The official multiplayer systems overview lists 33 weapons and 17 Killstreaks for launch. Balance and unlock details may change.
Is MW4 included with Game Pass at launch?+
Non. Activision announced it as a separate purchase at launch.
