Every criterion here is Activision’s wording, and the edition names are the ones the guide uses. This tool does not know what you own beyond what you tell it, and it does not mark a campaign mission or a challenge as done for you.
Why this exists
The launch guide gives an unlock criterion for all 33 Operators, and the roster page sorts them into eight kinds. What it does not do is answer the only question that matters on day one, which is which ones are yours right now. This tool asks the four things that decide it and answers with a list.
The four inputs
Your edition decides the pre-order bonus and the eight Vault Edition Operators. The Valor Pack decides Kyle. The eight campaign mission checkboxes decide the eight campaign Operators. The DMZ level decides the four DMZ Operators, because Activision writes those as DMZ player levels rather than Multiplayer levels. The five challenge checkboxes decide the rest.
What it deliberately does not do
It does not tell you which Operator is better, because no such data has been published. It also does not assume that a campaign mission is finished, which matters because the campaign is where most of the free progression comes from and the criteria are listed mission by mission.

Where this comes from
Reviewed October 23, 2026. Every criterion on this page is Activision’s own wording, including the one Operator it lists as [CLASSIFIED]. Factions are Activision’s too. There is no ranking here and no opinion about which Operator to run.
