Recharge speeds and unlock levels are Activision’s. The planner only does the arithmetic: what you have at your level, and what is fast enough to use every round. It is not a tier list and it does not estimate win rate.

結果の読み方
緑はすべて Fast で、毎回現実的に使えます。Medium はその間で、大抵の試合では使えますが毎回ではありません。Slow は1試合に1度の回答です。灰色はまだ解放されていません。
重要な組み合わせ
Resupply is the only Perk that improves the Field Upgrade slot directly: "装備 recharges over time and maximum capacity is increased by 1. Field Upgrade earn rate increased." If you are planning a single device you use all match, a Fast or Medium recharge plus Resupply is the combination the published numbers support.
