What it does
Enables Tactical Sprint for a burst of speed. Kills replenish your stamina.

Where it sits in the unlock curve
Slot two is where the middle of the launch Perks sit, with the last one not arriving until level 40.

How to choose it
Perk effects change between Call of Duty entries, so a Perk that solved a problem in an earlier game may behave differently here. Test it in the firing range against the problem you actually have, rather than taking a tier list as settled.
