How it works
Scavenge a drop zone for gear and hold your team’s share of it. Objective-light and chaos-friendly. Pick what is fun to trigger and keep the room moving.
What to prioritise
Party modes are about how the match feels rather than what it scores. Pick loadouts that keep the pace up instead of optimising for a win condition you will not see.
How to set up for it
The Drop Zone is a party format, which means objective-light and chaos-friendly. Choose the class that answers the objective rather than the one with the longest range.
What is not published yet
Activision has published the mode list and the format each mode belongs to. Scoring values, spawn rules, playlist sizes and the maps each mode runs on are not published and change with playlists, so check them in the live game.
